Pretty building for events but pretty hard to find unless you know where to look
Excellent place to have a family reunions as we just did plenty of trails beautiful country in the Loess Hills.
Great hidden spot, was a Girl Scout camp years ago. The cabins remaining are from that time.
This is a great escape from the city. If you are looking to get closer to nature, this is the place for you.
Of course as a youth, Waubonsie state park as a child was the best place ever! Now since 2005 as I return as an adult the combined parks provide a great new returned a nature! I hope Southwest Iowa I can utilize these terrific facilities to their maximum potential.
Not big but a good place to fish out of a small boat lots of structure shore access is tough
